HOUSTON-Claire Sinclair Properties has closed the sale of an industrial property in Houston on behalf of Carroll Childers Co., the seller. Carroll Childers has sold the industrial building spanning 23,650 square feet at 4922 Almeda Genoa to Lacombe Crane.

Claire Sinclair of Claire Sinclair Properties negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller, while Mark Ward and Mike Spears from National Realty Group negotiated the deal on behalf of the buyer.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
