
MILWAUKEE-An old car dealership is moving down on South 27th Street in Milwaukee to give room for Jimmy Johns and Buffalo Wild Wings. Skokie, Illinois-based Terraco Inc. and Northbrook, Illinois-based Frontline Real Estate Brokers are developing the project.
The companies are clearing away a 3.4-acre parcel at the old Foster Pontiac car dealership near West Howard Avenue and South 27th Street for an 8,000-square-foot building.
