MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA-Google is preparing to construct its own office space in Mountain View. The Internet giant has agreed to lease 9.4 acres of land near Shoreline Boulevard from the city of Mountain View for $30 million.
Google has employed German firm Ingenhoven Architects to develop its planned office space spanning nearly 600,000 square feet. The company has not disclosed the details, but city officials have said that the construction work will start as early as 2012.For the full story, go to Oakland Tribune.
