SUGAR LAND, TX-NewQuest Properties and Planned Community Developers have brokered a retail lease in Sugar Land. Sears Home Appliance Showroom has inked a lease deal for 4,796 square feet of space in Lake Pointe Village West located at Texas 6 and U.S. 59 in Sugar Land.
In the lease deal, the tenant was represented by Matt Reed and H. Dean Lane Jr. from NewQuest Properties, while the landowner was represented by Charles Adams from Planned Community Developers.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
