WAKEFIELD, MA-The Federated Companies has acquired Legacy Park Wakefield, a 4.17-acre development in Wakefield, Massachusetts. The project, a MGL 40-B rental community, will have one, three-story townhome building and two, four-story garden-style buildings containing a total of 128 units.
