LAKE WORTH, FL-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has closed the sale of two Lake Worth apartment complexes totaling 88 units for $4,950,000 or about $56,250 per unit. A Delray Beach-based private investor has purchased Sunny Estates, a 60-unit apartment complex at 3431 Helena Drive, and Winchester Apartments, a 28-unit apartment community at 3496 Lynwood Road, from a Lake Worth-based private owner.
