GOLDEN, CO-Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors LLC has closed the sale of a multifamily development in Golden. MVM Investments has sold the 21-unit Miner's Mesa Apartments development located at 1010 9th St. in Golden.

MVM Investments has sold the apartment building, constructed in 1971, to Miners Mesa LLC for $1.26 million, or about $60.238 per unit. Josh Newell of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors negotiated the deal on behalf of both the seller and the buyer.For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal.
