NEW YORK CITY-RP Management has signed a lease for 10 years with Jack Resnick & Sons for 13,284 square feet on the entire 33rd-floor space of 110 East 59th Street. The firm was formerly a subtenant in the skyscraper.
Asking rents for the full-leased top floors in the 37-story building are $100 per square foot. In the lease transaction, Daniel Posy and Michael L.
