LOUISVILLE, KY-Steadfast Income REIT Inc. proclaimed that it has bought an apartment complex called Arbor Pointe Apartments for $6.5 million. The complex comprising 130 apartments is located in Hurstbourne Acres. It features 70 three-bedroom townhouses and 60 two-bedroom garden-style apartments. The average size of each unit is 1,150 square feet.
