BUFFALO, NY-American Campus Communities, a residential developer and manager based in Austin, has been selected to construct a new housing complex on the western end of the University at Buffalo campus. The developer has filed a plan with the Amherst Planning Board for a 610-bed student housing complex with 153 units.
The student housing complex will comprise 37 buildings, a manager's house and a 7,740-square-foot community room. The board will consider the proposal on May 19. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal.
