RIVERSIDE, MO-Briarcliff Horizons LLC, a division of Briarcliff Development Co., has been selected as the master developer for Riverside's Horizons site at Missouri Highway 9 and Interstate 635. During the next 20 years, Briarcliff Horizons will construct a 1.5-million-square-foot industrial space and a 1.1-million-square-foot office space on the site.
The total estimated investment for the development will reach more than $300 million. Construction will start in the summer and the building sites will be made available in the spring of 2012.For the full story, go to Kansas City Business Journal.
