NEW YORK CITY-The Camuto Group, a women's footwear designer, has expanded its operation in the garment district. The company has inked a lease for seven years with Brause Realty Inc. for 25,600 square feet of space at 141 W. 36th St., a 22-story building spanning 132,000 square feet between Seventh Avenue and Broadway.
The asking rent for the space was $32 per square foot. In the lease deal, the tenant was represented by CresaPartners, and the landlord was represented by Winoker Realty.For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
