NEW YORK CITY-Commentary magazine has inked a deal to lease 4,000 square feet of office space on the 16th floor of the building located at 561 Seventh Avenue. Asking rent for the space was $41 per square foot. John Podhoretz is the editor of the influential conservative magazine.
In the deal, the Handler Real Estate Organization's Peter Simel and Scott Galin negotiated on behalf of the owner, while Signature Partners' Robert Frost and Mike Penny negotiated on behalf of the tenant.For the full story, go to New York Post.
