NEW YORK CITY-Dai & Associates is relocating from Queens Crossing in Flushing to Times Square. The law firm has inked a lease for 10 years with Tamares Real Estate for 6,247 square feet of space at 1500 Broadway.
The asking rent for the space was $65 per square foot. The law firm will relocate to the new location in late August.
