CHICAGO-Michael Reschke, a local developer, has listed a vacant riverside parcel at 400 W. Randolph in the West Loop for sale. The developer, who once planned to construct a 50-story office building spanning 1.25 million square feet, has employed Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP to sell the half-acre, 24,301-square-foot site site.
A developer could erect a 631,600-square-foot building on the site under current zoning. Reschke has recently completed JW Marriott Hotel, a 610-room hotel in the Loop. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
