NEW YORK CITY-Dumbo, Brooklyn-based Ercole Inc. is opening its first standalone store in West 26th Street in mid-August. The company has leased 3,500 square feet of space at 142 W. 26th St. situated between Sixth and Seventh avenues for 10 years for its standalone flagship store.
Asking rent was $55 per square foot. Prudential Douglas Elliman represented the tenant, and Square Foot Realty represented 142 W. 26th Street Owners Corp., the landlord, in the lease transaction.For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
