NASHVILLE-Horrell Co. has closed two industrial leases in Nashville. Fort Worth, Texas-based Mid-States Services Inc. has inked a lease for five years with ProLogis for 97,800 square feet of space at 601 Mason Rd. in LaVergne in Rutherford County.
In another deal, Nashville-based M&W Warehousing Services, Inc. has leased a 75,000-square-foot industrial space Nesbit Lane in Madison from Lasko Products Inc.
