WASHINGTON, DC-A partnership between Manhasset, NY-based Sivan Properties and Washington, DC-based Zusin Development has paid about $800,000 to purchase a townhouse at 433 Massachusetts Ave. NW. The partnership has plans to convert the property, jammed between an apartment and office building, into a restaurant.
The new owners will transform the property into a retail or restaurant measuring 3,700 square feet by August. Sivan and Zusin have been working along with CORE Group PC on the design of the property.For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal.
