NEW YORK CITY-Sharp Entertainment, a television production company based in Manhattan, is enlarging its corporate headquarters near Bryant Park. The company has leased additional 7,800 square feet of space at 1071 Sixth Ave. for nine years.
The company already occupies 14,000 square feet in the building. Asking rent was $44 per square foot. David Levy and Jeffrey Schwartz of Adam & Co.
