QUNICY, MA-T.J. Maxx has inked a deal to renew its lease covering 29,615 square feet of space at the Quincy Granite Place. The apparel retailer, a division of Framingham, Massachusetts-based TJX Cos. Inc., was the first anchor occupant of the Quincy Granite Place when it launched in 2000. The Grossman Companies Inc. is the owner of the property.
