MILWAUKEE-Wangard Partners Inc. is preparing to start construction this summer on a six-story apartment building consisting of 68 units at 1910 N. Water St. in Milwaukee. After obtaining a loan acknowledgment from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Wangard Partners will start the construction work near the crossway of Water and North Humboldt Avenue.

St. Paul, Minnesota-based Oak Grove Capital is providing Wangard Partners with a $9.5 million loan for the project. The apartment building will open in summer 2012.For the full story, go to Business Journal Serving Greater Milwaukee.
