MIAMI-Wexford Miami, LLC has negotiated leases with two new tenants at the University of Miami Life Science & Technology Park. Emunamedica, LLC and the Community Blood Centers of South Florida are the new tenants to occupy the park's first phase facility, a 252,000-square-foot building comprising offices, dry and wet laboratories and retail space.
