NEW YORK CITY-The American Symphony Orchestra, a nonprofit organization, has inked a lease for 4,802 square feet on the 10th floor of the building located at 263 W. 38th Street. Asking rent for the space was $28 per square foot. The organization is currently leased at 333 W. 39th Street.
