DALLAS-Huffines Communities Inc. based in Dallas has scheduled the ground breaking ceremony for its Viridian mixed-use development in May 17, 2011. According to the developers, the 2,300-acre project is expected to take 14 years for completion.
The development will feature a retail space spanning 200,000 square feet, an office space measuring 500,000 square feet and 5,300 residential houses. The homes will have a price range from $200,000 to over $1 million.For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal.
