
NEW YORK CITY-Cooper Square Hotel, a 22-floor hotel comprising 145 rooms in New York City, is placed on the market for sale. Eastdil Secured' Adam Spies and Douglas Harmon are handling the sale of the property. The Chelsea hotel also features a 1,300-square-foot wraparound terrace, a 2,300-square-foot ground floor garden, a 2,900-square-foot party penthouse and an 800-square-foot outdoor area.
