
CHICAGO-Developer See Wong, who operates Wabash Development Group, has purchased a warehouse measuring 26,000 square feet at 2401 S. Archer near the Dan Ryan and Stevenson expressways for $3.88 million with a plan for a three-phase project. He is planning to demolish the warehouse and construct Eastern Tower.
The first phase of the project will include a seven-story building with 96 condominiums for students and a 12,000-square-foot retail. Prices for the student housing will range from $99,000 to $266,000.For the full story, go to Chicago Sun Times.
