FORT MYERS, FL-RE/MAX Realty Group has handled a lease deal for an industrial office/warehouse in Tampa.

FORT MYERS, FL-RE/MAX Realty Group has handled a lease deal for an industrial office/warehouse in Tampa. Cypress Lake Auto, Inc. has signed a lease for the warehouse measuring 5,400 square feet at 6211 Idlewild St. in Fort Myers.

Cypress Lake Auto has leased the warehouse from Lawhon Properties. Dan Miller from RE/MAX Realty Group Commercial Division's Miller Alliance brokered the lease deal.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
