FORT MYERS, FL-CB Richard Ellis has completed two deals in Naples, two deals in Fort Myers and one deal in Cape Coral. In Naples, Globalvest Investments Group bought a 45,878-square-foot retail building for $3,500,000 from LNR Partners, while Primary Resources USA inked a 665-square-foot office lease.
In Fort Myers, First American Bank sold a 4,819-square-foot office building to Fort Myers Residential Units, while Millicorp inked a 9,662-square-foot office lease.
