TALLAHASSEE, FL-A joint venture between The Bainbridge Companies' affiliates and National Real Estate Advisors, LLC has started construction of a high-end student housing community called Campus Circle Tallahassee. The four-floor building is being constructed on a 11-acre site located at the junction of Basin Street and West Tennessee Street.
