ATTLEBORO, MA-The Federated Companies has closed the sale of its last retail property situated at 115 Washington St. in Attleboro, Massachusetts. A private seller has acquired the isolated retail building for nearly $2.6 million. Goodwill Industries has completely leased the building measuring 15,950 square feet.
The Federated Companies started selling its retail properties since the start of economic downturn. The company was mainly concentrated on the growth of single tenant net lease retail properties from 2005 to 2008.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
