HOUSTON-The Billings Group has closed the purchase of an old day care facility in Houston on behalf of Iraci Santos Pereira, the buyer. Iraci Santos Pereira has bought the bank-owned building measuring 4,819 square feet of space at 17012 Keith Harrow Blvd.
In the deal, the buyer was represented by the Billings Group's Sandra Billings, while Jason Tangen and Rob Banzhaf from the Foreclosure Asset Services Team at Bandier Realty Partners negotiated on behalf of Newtek Small Business Finance, the seller.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
