KATY, TX-McDonald's USA has leased a ground spanning 56,000 square feet at The Plazas at Spring Green located at Spring Green Blvd. and Cinco Ranch Blvd. in Katy from Vista Equities Group. The tenant will build a restaurant measuring 4,800 square feet on the site.
