PARAMUS, NJ–Retail leasing is picking up around New Jersey,according to the Goldstein Group, which announced10 new leases around the state. The new deals range in size from1,400 square feet to 50,000 square feet.

“We have seen an increase in retailers looking to open storesover the past few months with many landlords and tenants relying onus to help them,” says Chuck Lanyard, president of Goldstein, in astatement. “The activity within our office has increased andnumerous other deals are in process.”

The deals are: Kumon Education, 1,400 squarefeet in Paramus, with Goldstein representing the tenant andlandlord Paramus Center Partnership LLC;Muscle Maker Grill, 1,500 square feet in Lodi;Great Clips, 1,650 square feet at Carlstadt,Garden Shopping Center, with Goldsteinrepresenting owner Carlstadt Gardens LLC; andBatteries Plus, 2,000 square feet at GalleriaShopping Center in Manalapan, with Goldstein representing thetenant.
