IRVING, TX-Dallas-based KidKraft LP has leased an industrial space measuring 334,010 square feet in the DFW Trade Center II building at 2525 Esters Blvd. near the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport in Irving. The company is now situated off Spring Valley Road in Dallas.

In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by Cushman & Wakefield's Dean Collins and Mark Collins, while the landlord was represented by CB Richard Ellis' Steve Trese. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal.
