ST. LOUIS-New York City-based Cohen Commercial Properties, in a partnership with DRA Advisors, has purchased Mark Twain Shopping Center, an outdoor mall spanning 300,000 square feet in St. Charles, from Greater Missouri Builders Inc. for an amount of $19.3 million. Various tenants, including Bass Pro Shops and Gordman's Department Store, occupy space in the retail center.
