ST. LOUIS-New York City-based Cohen Commercial Properties, in a partnership with DRA Advisors, has purchased Mark Twain Shopping Center, an outdoor mall spanning 300,000 square feet in St. Charles, from Greater Missouri Builders Inc. for an amount of $19.3 million. Various tenants, including Bass Pro Shops and Gordman's Department Store, occupy space in the retail center.
Nearly 30,000 square feet are currently vacant in the building. This was the first purchase in the St. Louis market for Cohen Commercial Properties.For the full story, go to St. Louis Business Journal.
