CHICAGO-UBS AG has agreed to acquire the Leo Burnett Building, a 1.1-million-square-foot skyscraper at 35 W. Wacker Drive, from Johns Creek, Georgia-based Piedmont Office Realty Trust Inc. The banking giant has agreed to pay nearly $400 million or about $364 per square foot for the 50-story riverside tower.

The Burnett building, constructed in 1989, is leased primarily to the Leo Burnett advertising agency and Winston & Strawn LLP. Eastdil Secured LLC is marketing the Burnett building on behalf of Piedmont.For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
