HENDERSON, CO-A real estate investment trust has purchased a multifamily property in Denver. IRT Belle Creek Apartments Colorado LLC has acquired the Belle Creek Apartments, a multifamily complex consisting of 161 units at 9458 Long Peak Drive in Henderson.
The REIT has purchased the apartment complex, constructed in 2002, for an amount of $14.1 million. Chicago-based Jupiter Communities is managing the complex. The deal was closed on April 29.For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal.
