ORLANDO-Morrison Commercial Real Estate has closed the sale of an office building along with over 11 acres of land in Lake Mary. CRM Florida Properties has sold 1097 Sand Pond Road, a 48,662-square-foot office property, to Meritas, LLC for $3,000,000.
The buyer has plans to turn the building into a dormitory for Lake Mary Preparatory School. Greg Morrison, Lisa Bailey and Damien Madsen with Morrison represented the seller, while Miguel de Arcos with Sperry Van Ness represented the buyer in the deal.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
