MANSFIELD, MA-Behringer Harvard is dropping $36 million for WestVillage, a seven-building apartment complex here. The luxurycommunity clocks 200 units over 28.6 acres and a single-storyclubhouse. The property sits at 96% occupancy.

The seven garden-style apartment buildings are three storiesapiece with the average apartment measuring 1,046 square feet. Theunits range from single- to three-bedroom with nine-foot ceilings,a covered patio or balcony and washer and dryer combo.

Behringer Harvard is purchasing the community from FairfieldResidential in a debtor controlled sale, with BH assuming themortgage at the deal’s close. Cushman & Wakefield brokered thedeal, but declined to comment on it.
