TAMPA, FL-Colliers International Tampa Bay has negotiated an industrial lease in Tampa. Safelite Auto Glass has leased 32,337 square feet of space at the New Tampa Commerce Center at 11441 US 301 in Thonotosassa.
The industrial park, which serves the New Tampa and east side submarkets, is owned by Cobalt - CLW.
