GREENSBORO, NC-A group of private investors and the investment fund of Greensboro-based Bell Partners Inc. have acquired the Arbors at Landmark Apartments, a 232-unit apartment complex on Bridford Parkway in Greensboro. The complex, which sits on a 22.1-acre parcel, comprises 19 two-story buildings.
