CHICAGO-DSW Inc. has signed a leasing deal for 26,000 square feet in the Sullivan Center located at 1 S. State Street in Chicago. The discount shoe store operator based in Columbus, Ohio, will occupy a lower level space of 21,000 square feet and a 5,000-square-foot ground level space. The retailer intends to open the store in 2012 spring.
