MIAMI SHORES, FL-Moss & Associates has been selected to design and construct a new student residence hall on Barry University's Miami Shores campus. The $14-million student housing complex will come up on 5.7 acres of land.
The three-floor, 72,000-square-foot student housing complex will have single and double rooms, one resident staff apartment and five resident assistant rooms. Cannon Design has been selected as design partner for the development. Construction will begin in June 2011 and slated to end in August 2012. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
