WINSTON-SALEM, NC-Nathan Tabor, an investor based in Winston-Salem, has paid nearly $1.5 million to acquire Apple Creek Apartments, a 67-unit apartment complex on Bethabara Road in Winston-Salem from Vernon Ferrell III. He financed the purchase with loan secured from BB&T.
