SURPRISE, AZ-DS Surprise Investment 1 LLC has purchased The Shops at Bell Road and Bell Road Plaza in Surprise from Maureen Gaughan, the court-appointed trustee for Bell Road Development LLC, for $4.4 million. The mixed-use retail and office project, which measures 81,854 square feet, is situated at 15317, 15331, 15351 and 15381 E. Bell Road.
