AURORA, IL-Follett Corp., a textbook company based in River Grove, has leased a warehouse building spanning 551,200 square feet at 2805 Duke Parkway in Aurora. The industrial building, developed by Indianapolis-based Duke Realty Corp., is situated northwest of the crossway of State Route 59 and I-88 in west suburban Aurora.
Midwest Warehouse, which currently occupies the Duke building, will move out of the facility to house Follett. CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented both the tenant and the landlord in the lease deal.For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
