
NEW YORK CITY-Once its existing lease at 136 Prince Street expires in June 2011, Victorinox will shift to 114 Wooster Street where it has leased 3,000 square feet. The new prototype will sell Swiss army knives and cutlery. Asking rent for the space was nearly $225 per square foot.
