SEATTLE-Starbucks has listed two office buildings in Pioneer Square for sale. The company purchased the 83 King Street property in 2006 and started constructing adjoining 505 First Avenue South.
In 2008, the coffee company decided to put the buildings totaling 473,000 square feet for lease due to slowdown in its business. The offering brochure for 83 King and 505 First were circulated by Seattle-based Kinzer Real Estate Services and San Francisco-based Eastdil Secured on behalf of Starbucks.For the full story, go to Seattle Times.
