GOLETA, CA-Network Hardware Resale has leased98,828 square feet of office and warehouse space here. The companywill move its corporate headquarters from 26 Castilian Dr. to 6500Hollister Ave., where they have leased 41,228 square feet of officespace.

They will also move their regional warehouse facility from 26Castilian to 57,600 square feet of industrial space at 80 CoromarDr. In terms of square footage, these transactions represent theSouth Coast’s largest office lease of the year and largest newindustrial lease since 2005, according to a prepared statement.

Francois DeJohn, Steve Hayesand Kristopher Roth of Hayes CommercialGroup represented NHR in bothtransactions. DeJohn tells GlobeSt.com that the company is not atliberty at this time to provide final transaction terms such asaggregate lease value, however he explains that 6500 HollisterAve.’s asking rate is $1.65 NNN and 80 Coromar Dr.’s is $0.90NNN.
