
NEW YORK CITY-CNA, an insurance giant, is relocating to nearly 80,000 square feet of space at 125 Broad St. from 40 Wall St. Sources say that the insurance company has leased the space for nearly 20 years.
Mack-Cali Realty Trust purchased the 1.3-million-square-foot building, situated between South and Water streets, for $188.37 million in 2007 from SL Green Realty Corp.
